Where are you from and where do you live now?: California, Bay Area Hillsdale Il
What is your favorite project you’ve ever made and why?: I do Al kinds of projects from large quilts to tiny ones however I’ve gotten into make bags
What color seems to always make its way into your quilts?: Pink
Do you do other types of sewing besides quilting? : Yup: I love sewing all types of bags
Do you have other creative hobbies?: I paint however sewing is my life long passion. I’m 62 and have been told by family members I received a pink sewing machine at age 4 and made myself a pair of shorts and wore them all summer. I do remember sewing doll clothe and Troll clothes for the girlfriends in our neighborhood.
What’s your oldest UFO? Any tips on how you keep them from piling up?: I would have to say 22 years
What’s your favorite creative outlet?: Sewing it’s like magic.. Think about it you take yards of fabric cut it into small pieces sew it all back together making a gorgeous piece of art that is not only beautiful but also useful.. Magic
Tell us about your family! : Well my husband truly is a great guy .. he teaches high scroll AP students.. ( kids that take college courses in high school ). We have 1 daughter wonderful son in law and 1 granddaughter..our tribe is small however we do everything together..

What’s your favorite TV Show or Movie?: Yours mine and ours ( Lucille Ball Henry Fonda)
Who’s your favorite fabric designer?: Tula pink
Do you have a favorite collection from The Art of Home Club?: Everything is amazing not kidding.
Is there anything else you’d like to share??: I’m a Military Retired Captain.. have literally served all over the world .. I am a homesteader and have chickens, goats, a pot belly pig named Arnold, a peacock that just showed up in our yard a couple of years ago name Pete the Peacock..
