Would you like to be a member of the week?

We would love to have you as a Member of the Week! Members will be posted in the order that the forms are received. We can’t wait to get to know you better…to join in the fun, please do the following:

  • Answer any 8-10 of the questions in the form below (no need to answer all of them, just fill in your answers under the questions of your choice.)
  • Choose up to 4 photos that you’d like to include in your Member of the Week profile- these can be a photo of yourself/family, favorite projects, pets, favorite vacation, etc.
    • Email your photos to club@jacquelynnesteves.com and put Member of the Week as the subject line so we can keep track of the entries.
  • Please do not enter by Facebook message, and don’t post your answers directly in the group. Form entries only, please.
  • We’ll post these on the Club Website at our “Member Love” page, and share them in our Facebook group and newsletter. 😊 Thank you!
